That would be our new home at Countdown to Mexico!

We decided to move our blog to our own domain, finally!  I am still learning how to use WordPress, but so far I am enjoying how easy it is to use.

Thanks to Malcolm and Gary for encouraging me to give it a try.

I have it set up to forward from the old blog, both from the main page and from the individual pages.

A few things you’ll notice:

My Latin American Blogroll lists everyone alphabetically.  I will miss the “freshest at top” feature but I imagine I’ll get something like it eventually.  For now, if you hover over the blog name you will see the last few posts for all but a few of them.

If you want to leave a comment and receive follow up emails with the later comments, you’ll need to click the box after the text area.

The blog will evolve over time, but I am pretty happy with how it looks after only a little more than a day of work.  Now, I need to get back at it to try to figure out how I can change that white box at the top to the same blue as the others.  I’ll get it, eventually.

If you wouldn’t mind correcting any bookmarks you have to the new address, I’d appreciate it.
